How It Works

Step One: Submit Resume And Job Description

We will ask for your resume and job description so we have the right context and can tailor our assessment based on what the job requires and who you are competing against.

Step Two: Record Your Mock Interview (10 Questions)

You will be given 30 seconds to think about each question before you answer, and then 3 (three) minutes to answer each question.  This will be 35 minutes in total so make sure you are in a comfortable setting.  If there are technical difficulties you can always reconnect and continue.

Step Four: Get Your Personalized Interiew Assessment and Analysis

You will receive your personalized assessment by an expert interview coach Within 1 business day.  Your assessment will include your strengths and weaknesses, insights on how hiring managers and human resources will likely assess you, and guidance on where to focus your interview preparation.

How long will I have to record my answer?

You will have between 3 to 5 minutes to answer depending on the question. You will also have 30 seconds to read the prompt before the timer starts.
